Book of the Month March 2011

Book of the Month March 2011

This months book of the month has been on of the most difficult decisions I have faced for quite some time. Over the last month I have read and reviewed 16 novels and many of these have been incredible works of fiction.

The real stand out novels include The Sacred Protocol by Hylton H Smith, Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovitch, Venom of Vipers by KC May, State of Mind by Sven Michael Davison, The Hundred Thousand Kindoms by NK Jemisin, A Heist too far by Rob Knipe and of course King Rat by China Mieville.

After 3 days of Agonising the Book of the month for March 2011 could be no other than The City & The City by China Mieville.  This book will of course go into the poll for book of the year at the end of this year, however this year there will also be space for the best runners up too so even if your novel didn't make book of the month there is still a change it could be in the book of the year competition.
