High Fantasy

High Fantasy, also known as Epic fantasy is generally defined as fantasy fiction that's set within a fictional world and describes use of many fantasy elements such as magic, fantastical creatures and different races. Generally speaking High Fantasy is the standard fantasy genre such as created by Tolkien, Brooks and Jordan and is the default standard of fantasy novels, much fantasy falls into this genre.
