Witcher Saga

The Witcher Saga is a series of novels and short-stories by polish author Andrzej Sapkowski featuring the witcher Geralt of Rivia. In these novel's a witcher is a specially trained and supernaturally enhanced hunter of monsters. The series has been very well regarded, containing a very adult, dark feeling and gifted story-telling from the author.

The series has also been turned into a great series of computer games, graphic novels and questionable TV series (and even worse film).

Books in the series

There are worlds out there where the sky is burning, and the sea's asleep, and the rivers dream. People made of smoke, and cities made of song. Somewhere there's danger, somewhere there?s injustice, and somewhere else the tea's getting cold.
