Melinda Snodgrass
Melinda Snodgrass is an American author and scriptwriter. Her scriptwriting is perhaps most notable for the Star Trek The Next Generation episode "The Measure of a Man" which was nominated for the Writer?s Guild Award and is often considered one of the finest Trek episodes.
She has written a number of novels and short stories within the urban fantasy and science fiction genres.
She also writes under the pseudonym Phillipa Bornikova.
