Holly Black

Holly Black is an author of fantastic fiction for both adults and children. She has enjoyed a good deal of success and her series The Spiderwick Chronicles has been turned into a blockbuster film.

She has been nominated for a number of awards including the Mythopoeic Award, the Eisner Award and the Andre Norton Award pretty much every year. She has won the Andre Norton Award in 2006 for her novel Valiant: A Modern Tale of Faerie and a Newbery Honor in 2014 for Doll Bones.
