Gwyneth Jones
Gwyneth Jones is an award winning British author of science fiction who also writes young adult / childrens fiction under the pen name Ann Halam.
She has won a number of awards including the World Fantasy Award, BSFA, Children of the Night Award, Arthur C. Clarke Award, Philip K. Dick Award and the James Tiptree, Jr. Award.
