In the third Volume of the Song of the Tears series, Nish his remaining allies are trapped and surrounded by his fathers Army. His only choice surrender or die fighting. But Nish must fight and win or the land of Santhenar will be devastated by the shape shifting spirit Stilkeen.

Returning to reclaim the stolen chthonic power that once bound its physical and spirit aspects together. But chthonic fire has already been released into Santhenar, and is eating its way through the Antarctic territories.
